Why do my profile updates require approval?

In some instances updates made to your profile need to be checked by our linguist recruitment & compliance teams to ensure that there is no implication on the work you are able/willing to accept. In some cases you may be asked for additional evidence of the updates made or you may be asked to complete a test piece if you are adding new languages or specialisms to your profile.

We aim to review any changes within 24 hours of submission, although in some instances this may take up to 5 days to process.
